So that good products reach their market.
Between a convincing product and its European buyer stand import regulations, certifications, customs and logistics. Make Ends Meet turns them into a smooth process – from the producer to the buyer's loading dock.

Interest turns into an order – and an order into goods delivered.
Good products find their market – once the way there is prepared.
Two sides want to do business – and between them lies a field of its own: import rules, labeling, organic certification, customs, transport. I believe every good product deserves its way to market. So I take on exactly that part in between – leaving manufacturers free to manufacture and buyers free to buy.
One point of contact. From the first question to the loading dock.
A product reaches its market when every step along the way fits the next. That is why these five steps come together in one place – and you choose exactly the ones your project needs.

New solutions. New markets. New connections.
Our experience in international matchmaking and operational execution also translates to innovative products, technologies and solutions beyond food & agriculture.
Matchmaking works in both directions: innovations can come from around the world to Europe – equally, European solutions can find suitable partners and markets worldwide. Connections can form within Germany and Europe or extend internationally.

Personally led. Internationally connected.
“Make ends meet. Connecting people. Analyzing processes. Solving problems. Always 2 steps ahead.”
I meet them at every trade fair: exhibitors with an excellent product, visibly proud of it – and a stand full of visitors who would happily buy. The quality convinces and the interest is there – the experience of what a new market requires is what develops next. That is exactly where I come in.
After more than 20 years in international trade and freight handling, I usually recognize the requirements – and possible solutions – during that very first conversation. I built and ran an internationally oriented trading company myself, planned import and customs processes, negotiated with authorities, airlines and suppliers – and learned along the way that almost every requirement can be met, as long as you know about it early enough.
That is exactly why I do this work. My aim is to get good products to where they are wanted, and to open up international markets for the companies behind them. When the first shipment arrives and grows into a lasting trading relationship, the effort has paid off.
Frequently asked questions
Do you take on market responsibility for manufacturers?
No. Make Ends Meet coordinates and supports market access according to the client's requirements. Commercial responsibility and the respective business relationships remain with the parties involved.
Are you the buyer's contract partner?
No. I bring suitable parties together and coordinate the desired execution. Manufacturers and buyers generally remain the contract partners within their own business relationship.
What happens if a product is not yet EU-compliant?
As part of the product assessment and market review, we then assess which requirements need to be met and coordinate the necessary compliance and, where applicable, organic certification steps.
Do I have to order a full container?
No. I arrange LCL (less than container load) groupage shipments from a single pallet upwards. Full-container minimums are the usual reason smaller producers and buyers never get started – a buyer who wants to test a product with a modest first order should not be forced into a full load. Larger volumes and full containers are of course equally possible as demand grows.
My product already comes from within Europe and I want to enter the German market – for smaller volumes I am looking for third-party warehousing. Is that possible?
Yes, there are good options for exactly that. Through my partner network, storage and delivery within Germany can be set up cost-efficiently – including modest volumes and without a logistics structure of your own. The warehouses used are certified for organic products throughout, so the organic status of your goods is maintained across the entire storage chain. That keeps you ready to deliver while your sales grow step by step.
Is Make Ends Meet focused only on imports into Europe?
Food & Agriculture is our core. Beyond that, we connect innovative products and technologies in both directions – from around the world into Europe, and from Europe into international markets.
